Refund policy
Your fumiture item will become eligible for a refund only if
-If the product is damaged at the time of arrival.
-If the item has discrepancy issues (ie, if an incorrect item is delivered).
-A full refund or exchange will be offered upon management approval for any fumiture item with a manufacturing defect if it falls within the specified warranty period. Photo evidence of the manufacturing defect will be required to get the refund/exchange.
All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. The Warranty covers the cost involved to repair your piece of Fumiture, but it excludes any Transport costs.
Its your responsibility to ensure that all fumiture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around comers into the desired location.
